Ying Weimin

President of GSM/UMTS/LTE Network
Huawei

Mr. Ying Weimin is the President of GSM, UMTS and LTE Network of Huawei Technologies. He is responsible for the overall management of Huawei's GSM, UMTS and LTE business, including R&D of infrastructure, management of the marketing, manufacturing, and customer service.

Mr. Ying began his career at Huawei in 1998. Prior to the current role, he held several key leadership positions across a number of product lines and various business units, including UMTS product line, R&D, Network Performance, Maintenance, and Marketing. Mr. Ying holds Master's degree of electronics and information from Academy of Science of China.
