Martín Piñeiro is Head of Technology Evolution in Telecom Personal (Argentina). He holds a bachelor’s degree on Electronics Engineering (Universidad Nacional de La Plata), a postgraduate degree on Telecommunications (Universidad de Buenos Aires). He is currently taking an MBA Program (Universidad de San Andrés). Piñeiro joined Telecom Personal in 2000. He started working in Wireless Engineering and moved later to Technology Evolution. His main responsibilities range from spectrum strategy, devices and network evolution to mobile business trends analysis.
