Douglas Ranalli is the Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of NetNumber, Inc., a leading provider of next-generation addressing and routing technology to the global telecommunications industry.  Prior to founding NetNumber, Mr. Ranalli was CEO of Fax International, Inc. an early entrant into the international fax-over-IP business.  The Fax International private IP-network extended to 25+ countries and the company reached #20 on the INC 500 list of fastest growing private companies in the US in 1997.  Prior to Fax International, Mr. Ranalli was President and Publisher of Student Life, a magazine for college students with a controlled circulation of 1.2 million that was purchased by Time Inc. in 1987.
