Pre-Conference Morning  Workshop A – Monday 17th May 2010

How to Build the Optimum Strategy and Business Case for Wireless Broadband

Led by: Phil Irvine and Rob Westwick, PA Consulting Group

Workshop Overview:

LTE has the ability to capitalise on the increasing demand for mobile business to start generating revenue quickly and encourage customers to move over to the new network. This provokes significant questions for operators such as: How do you take advantage of this market? What is the best business model to adopt? What are the opportunities and challenges?

This workshop will look at the  three levels of mobile business and how they can be used to make your LTE  strategy a success.

Who Will Benefit From Taking Part?

This workshop is for anyone involved in making decisions about the future of the mobile network and specifically aimed at operators looking to deploy LTE at some point in the future. Engineers to CTO’s from a more technical background to marketing/strategy and individuals involved in value added services from fixed, mobile operators and internet service providers would benefit most from attending this workshop.
